Counseling
Comanche has a counselor who works with parents and children according to a planned guidance program and also coordinates the Peer Mediation Program.
School Counseling Program Vision Statement:
Graduates of Comanche Elementary School will be confident and unique world-class citizens and will be fully prepared with the skills necessary to achieve their own personal excellence as they progress through their K-12 journey.
School Counseling Mission Statement:
The Comanche Elementary School Counseling Program provides the skills and knowledge necessary to succeed through academic, social/emotional, and career development. In partnership with families and the community, school counselors use data to collaborate and work as advocates in a systematic way to ensure the access to learning is equitable to all students as they become successful, confident, and independent learners of our community.
